Due to the dwindling pool of sub branch members available to be nominated for election to the Board of Rose Bay RSL Co – Op Ltd, the Board has passed a special resolution to alter the rules of the Club in the following way;
Remove the requirement for the positions of president and treasurer to be held by Sub Branch members as it restricts the resource pool and prevents suitable members with particular strengths from fulfilling the positions. Retain the requirement to have four (non role specific) sub-branch on the board; however in the event that four sub branch have not nominated, then those positions be opened up to general club members.”
